Normal meetings of the Club are held on the first Thursday of the month between October and June (no meeting in January). We usually also have a summer social event away from the usual meeting place.
The meeting starts at 7:00 pm for a drink and informal socializing.
The main event of the evening, typically an illustrated talk on some topic relevant to modern or ancient Greece or Cyprus, begins at 7:30 pm. Meetings finish by 9 pm.
Special events during the year normally include 'Vasilopitta' in February and a Christmas Social in December.

Meeting Place
The Club normally meets in a room in the Education Building on the campus of the University of Birmingham.

Membership
The best way to join the Club is to come along to a meeting and see if you like us; we'll be delighted to wish you καλώς ορίσατε (welcome)! We don't charge visitors for their first few meetings.
